The CAD file is required before we provide a quotation for our clients. We need to analysis the structure, finishing and calculate the cost basic on the CAD file.  STEP, IGS format 3D file both aviable for process and cost calculation.

2. Programming

After the requirments are detmetered , our engineer will start programming. Correct programming ensure the tolerance, quality and sturcture. 

3. CNC processing

 CNC processing equipment work in accordance with the path set by the program, remove the unnecessary parts on the material, thus get the raw prototype of the product.

4. Polishing

After processing by CNC, there will be many knives and burrs on the surface, so sandpaper is needed to polish them. In order to achive high-end product,  we will polish the surface in 3times from 400 sandpaper to 1200 sandpaper.

5. Surface treatment

Accroding to the requirments from client, we will do screen printing, electroplating, oxidation, brush , etc on the required surface.

6. QC

To guarrantee the quality , our engineer will check the tolerance, surface of the product. And we will do assembly if the part is needed.
